Jen Robinson is honored to serve as the principal of Fairbrook Elementary. A Beavercreek graduate, parent, and community member, she has a deep appreciation for Beavercreek City Schools and the families it serves.

Jen is in her 23rd year in education and her eighth year in educational leadership. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and student-centered learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Outside of school, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, who have attended Beavercreek City Schools since kindergarten.

Dear Fairbrook Families,

Dear Fairbrook Families,

Welcome to Fairbrook Elementary — “A Great Place to Live and Learn!” We take great pride in our strong, supportive school community and are committed to fostering an environment where every child can thrive. Our team is united in its dedication to doing what is best for students. We strive to maintain a safe, student-centered learning environment where high expectations are set for both students and staff.

We warmly encourage all Fairbrook families to be active participants in our school community. There are many opportunities to get involved, including volunteering through our outstanding Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), which plays a vital role in supporting our school. Events such as the beloved Fairbrook Foxtrot would not be possible without the enthusiastic involvement of our families. Your continued support in upholding our mission, policies, and procedures—and reinforcing them at home—is greatly appreciated. Together, we can ensure your child has a rich and rewarding educational experience.

Allow me to share a bit about myself: I am a wife and mother to two busy teenagers. Our family lives in Beavercreek, and both of my daughters have attended Beavercreek City Schools since kindergarten. This year marks my 23rd in education and my eighth year in educational leadership. I am honored to serve as the principal of Fairbrook Elementary. As both a Beavercreek graduate and parent, I have a deep appreciation for this wonderful community and am truly grateful to call it home.

At Fairbrook, our staff and I are deeply committed to supporting every student in reaching their full potential. I welcome open communication and am always happy to speak with you. Should you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact our office at (937) 429-7616.

We have an amazing team of support personnel who help us achieve our goals for student success. Those individuals include:

  • Donnie Phelps, Supervisor of Elementary and Student Supports
  • Celeste Farmer, Administrative Assistant
  • Kelly Osterday, Building Office Assistant
  • Raeanne Wirrig, School Counselor
  • Julie Fischer, Social Worker
  • Kailee Colter, School Psychologist
  • Sean Barrett, Military and Family Life Counselor
  • Erin O’Reilly, Mental Health Therapist

We value the strong collaboration between our school and families, and we look forward to an exciting and productive school year together.
